I drive past this place every day on the way to Hamamatsu. Obviously I throw a big Shaka sign out the window as I pass by.

Goto
Some photos from a recent day at Goto. For about a month the sand piled up against the side of this concrete wall creating a good righthander. I risked soaking my camera and walked out to take a few shots.
There is usually a crew of fishermen on the wall, catching fish and dodging set waves that wash over the end.
Makoto dropping in
Later on in the afternoon the light improved and the winds cleaned up.
Jack and friends came out to attack some lips.
Once the sun set I tried using my flash with limited success...
And finally wound up with some nice long exposures using the wall as my tripod
